Processed, not parked

Your browser splits the file into 512 KB chunks and fingerprints each one. Corrupted pieces are rejected before they ever reach storage.

Chunks stream to our API over TLS. The edge forwards them without storing file bytes.

Each chunk is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is written to secure storage.

You get a share link. Downloads are decrypted on the fly; we keep metadata only.

Files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and stored in Swiss-hosted infrastructure under Swiss data protection law.

No account needed. Upload unlimited files; each link expires on its own schedule. Anonymous links expire after three days. Signed-in uploads last seven days and reset on each download.

Plans and limits

cloudr offers anonymous uploads up to 2 GB per file, free accounts with 5 GB per file and seven-day link expiry, and Premium with 10 GB per file and thirty-day rolling expiry. All tiers support unlimited files with no total storage cap.

Share files with SHA-256 verification, AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, TLS in transit, and storage in Switzerland.

Who cloudr is for

Freelancers send raw footage to clients. Developers share build artifacts or database dumps. Students submit large project files. Anyone who hit the size limit on email or chat can drop a file and get a link in seconds.

cloudr is not a cloud storage suite or a creative collaboration platform. It is infrastructure for one-off and repeat file transfers: fast uploads, short share links, and automatic expiry when the job is done.

Security and compliance basics

Every upload is chunked and fingerprinted client-side. Executable and script file types are blocked by extension. Other uploads are scanned for known malware before storage. Anonymous uploads may require captcha verification.

Share links use short opaque codes. There is no public file gallery or browseable directory. Links are meant to be shared directly with recipients, not discovered through search engines.
